How To Upgrade RAM.

 Upgrading your RAM (Random Access Memory) can improve your computer's performance, particularly for running multiple applications or handling intensive tasks. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Check Compatibility

Before purchasing new RAM, you need to know what type of RAM is compatible with your system.

- Check your motherboard: Find out the maximum amount of RAM your motherboard supports, and the number of RAM slots available. 

- Determine the type of RAM: Common types include DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5. You can check your current RAM type by:

  - Searching online for your computer model or motherboard specifications.

  - Using software like CPU-Z (for Windows) or Activity Monitor (for macOS) to get system details.

- RAM capacity and speed Make sure the new RAM has a compatible capacity (in GB) and speed (measured in MHz).

2. Buy the Right RAM

- After confirming your system's requirements, purchase RAM sticks that fit your motherboard's specifications (e.g., DDR4, 3200 MHz, etc.).

3. Gather Tools

- Anti-static wrist strap (optional but recommended)

- Small screwdriver (if needed for removing panels)

4. Power Off and Unplug Your Computer

- Shut down your computer completely.

- Unplug the power cable and any connected peripherals.

5. Open Your Computer Case

- For desktops, remove the side panel by unscrewing it (typically on the back).
